- We do not retain any PCI data. All transactions are handled via Stripe.
5. Appropriate Conduct
You agree to:
- Treat all users respectfully.

- Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
- Not engage in activity that harms or disrupts the Platform.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content but grant Road Darts LLC a royalty-free license to use and promote it on the Platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or harm the community.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
